Bio-Geosphere Africa 2023: Research for Diversity and Sustainable Development in the Face of Climate Change Conference (BioGARD)

We thank all those who joined us in Stuttgart, Germany for the BioGARD Conference which was held on 14-15 September 2023.

The BioGARD conference discussed underlying causes and interlinkages among environmental, social, and political challenges in Africa, focusing on the topics of bio- and geodiversity, resilient agriculture, and health and well-being.

We were very happy to offer a two-day program with stimulating lectures, original research, workshops, and lively discussions on future directions for integrative and sustainable development in Africa, with our three keynotes as highlights.
